College magazine analysis

This is an Analysis of the current college newsletter front cover which my school (Deyes High School)offers out, attacthed is my analysis of the front cover, this is researech for my task of creating a front cover for a college magazine

This is the analysis of the newsletter of Archbisop Beck. I believe that its bright colour and use of pictures and borders make it more attractive to the students. This would mean it would be read more frequently rather than the Deyes newsletter which lacks any sort of theme

The Genre of my Music magazine

I have decided to produce my music magazine using the genre of indie/ rock, I have decided this because it's the genre of music I generally listen. Below are some bands I believe are indie/ rock and who I listen to (in order Arctic Monkeys, The Strokes, Bloc Party and Kasabian).

Introduction to Coursework steps

I have been given my task to complete for coursework; this task consists of me producing a front cover for a Music magazine, a contents page and a double page spread on a artist of my choice.

Before I start producing my task, I have been given a practice task of creating a front cover for a college magazine. Below are the steps I intend to take in producing both of my tasks.
